For pastors

You serve the Church.
We’re here to serve you.

The call to lead a church community towards discipleship is beautiful, but it can also feel overwhelming. Where do we start?

Our goal is to serve you with free, ready-made discipleship resources and support to integrate formation back into the center of the church.

Pastors Story

“It was a gift from God honestly for us that there was a trellis being formed that we could just enter into as a church.”

— Dave Dealy, Westside Church, Oregon

A simple, beautiful way to integrate formation into your church or group.

We want to walk alongside you as a pastor. To help you slow down, enjoy your own apprenticeship to Jesus, and point your community toward a life of discipleship – without having to create a learning pathway from scratch.

Created by Pastors

Our founder, John Mark Comer, has been pastoring for over two decades. All our resources have been developed, tested, and refined in local communities.

Proven in Local Contexts

Our resources grew out of a five-year formation journey with John Mark’s church in Portland, Oregon, one of North America’s most secular cities. It transformed the church from the inside out.

Flexible

Engage our resources in almost any setting: small groups, dinner parties, mid-week courses, or with your entire church on Sundays. Use our video sessions, or take our notes and adapt them in a way that makes sense in your context.

Easy To Use

Get access to preview sessions, leadership training resources, and simple, intuitive tools for engaging your community. Our resources are designed to be easily run by volunteers.

100% Free

Our resources are completely free. We’re backed by a community of passionate givers who want to see spiritual formation become the new bedrock for local churches around the world.

 Pastors' Story

“And as you start doing these slow things you start realizing that it is a rich life. And to quote Eugene Peterson, ‘It is a long obedience in the same direction.’ So these Practices just become opportunities to follow in those footsteps as we follow after Jesus.”

— Andrew and Sarah Beard, The Chapel at Seaside in Seaside, Florida

 Pastor's Story

“The fact that everything is offered for free is still just absolutely shocking to me. I’m operating, as most churches are, on a tight budget, and it’s huge to be able to offer this to my people. It allows me to share something with them in a way that they feel like they’re being generously cared for.”

— Svea Merry, Autumn Ridge Church, Minnesota

 Pastor's Story

“Over the course of the four week Prayer Practice, lightbulbs went off. Prayer came alive in our group. It was a really beautiful experience getting to see the Lord work through them and excite them into discovering a deeper connection with Jesus through this practice.”

— Alex Oleson, Calvary Community Church, California
